Catamaran

Let the Yacht Libreterre take you there!

Imagine yourself sailing among the Virgin Islands and living aboard a
fully-crewed 48' catamaran with all the comforts.

The Yacht Libreterre is a completely self-contained 1990 Privilege 48-foot sailing catamaran. The yacht is crewed by Captain  Adrian Midwood and Alexandra Fredricks.

It has a beam width of 29 feet and 1300 sq. ft. of deck which provides a level of comfort and stability available only on a multihull. Her shallow draft allows cruising in areas inaccessible by monohuls. The itinerary is flexible. When you find the perfect milieu, then stay as long as you like.

Each room has: a queen sized berth; a private in-suite head, shower, and sink; a wardrobe closet, cabinets and shelves; a settee; reading lights; port holes; a hatch with a wind scoop for cool fresh airflow; cabin fans; a dry bag; beach towels; linens; in room library of books, movies, and games.

The Salon: There are games, books and hundreds of movies on board. In the interior of the catamaran is plenty of seating for dining, or playing cards, or games. A fully equipped media center offers a larger LCD screen, DVD, and a stereo system. There is a laptop computer on-board for many uses including viewing digital pictures. Cell phone and internet access is available. The salon also houses a separate chart table, navigation center and a bar.

Aft-Deck: Outside the salon you will find the cockpit, a shaded open-air seating for al fresco dining with views of beautiful sunsets, sparkling waters, and island vistas. The beverage ice chest, Bar-B-Q, and the helm are found just beyond this area. Additionally, there are padded shaded lounge areas where you can snooze in the fresh pure air or practice your yoga asanas.
